EDUCATIONAL ACCESS PROGRAMMING Cablecasting of educational content programming is available on the Educational Access channels in Area Nine. This programming can be either system-wide or town specific at a particular time. This programming is developed with the assistance of the Educational Access Committee of the Area Nine Cable Council made up of education professionals from the area's school systems.
